The range has been buzzy and all seem to be enjoying the steel targets. Please

remember to pick up your trash and brass, keep the range clean. There has been

some armor piercing ammo used on the steel targets, don’t do it punch paper but

don’t use it on the steel.

Welcome to hunting season hope you got the hunt you wanted. Remember to

join the antler contest before your hunt starts. You can come to the meeting

tonight 11/2/17 at 7PM at the cowbell hall and pay to enter or see Carl at the

and what they are doing, safety is your responsibility. If you feel unsafe when

there are others shooting communicate with them or come back later when you

       can feel safe.

The range is looking good thanks to Carl and the new string mower. The water

station on the small-bore range developed a leak and Carl and I dug out the old

one and replaced it. The leak was there for a long time and the tree liked it, so

if you ever see a problem at the range or anywhere on the property please let

someone know so it can be taken care of.

The gate is still a problem, remember to close the gate behind you and take down

the flag when leaving the range if you are the only or last person to leave when it

is not open to the public. If you are using the range when not open to public lock

the gate behind you and make sure the flag is up.
